Key Responsibilities: - **On-Ground Learning** - Assist in the execution of road safety projects such as Crash Barriers, Road Markings, and Signages. - Learn and support site inspections, testing, and commissioning. - Participate in safety audits and compliance checks. - **Innovation & Technology** - Work with digital tools, AutoCAD, and engineering software for designs and reporting. - Familiarize yourself with AI-driven monitoring tools and smart safety devices used in modern infrastructure. - **Reporting & Analytics** - Document site progress through daily logs, photos, and quality checklists. - Support data collection for project performance and cost optimization. - Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior management. - **Collaboration & Growth** - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors. - Shadow senior engineers to understand client requirements and project lifecycles. - Contribute ideas for process improvement and cost savings. - **Safety & Sustainability** - Ensure adherence to zero-accident site policy. - Learn about sustainable practices in road safety materials and execution. - Promote environmental and community-friendly engineering solutions. Qualifications Required: - Strong foundation in core diploma discipline (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics). - Basic knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project). - Curiosity to learn modern infrastructure technologies. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work on-site with adaptability to changing conditions.
