Diploma Trainee Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Diploma Trainee Engineers (Mechanical) to join our client’s team. The selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training to gain practical exposure to production processes, machinery handling, quality systems, and maintenance operations. This role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates who want to build a strong foundation in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily production activities, ensuring efficient operation of machines and adherence to production schedules. Support the maintenance team in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment. Perform quality checks and ensure that finished goods meet specified standards and tolerances. Learn and assist in machine setup, calibration, and process optimization under supervision. Maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Support process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Assist senior engineers in designing jigs, fixtures, and process layouts if assigned to design or projects department. Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines as per company policy. Participate in technical training sessions, workshops, and periodic evaluations during the training period. Training Duration: 12 months ( convertible to a permanent role based on performance).
