Production – Machine Operators, Supervisors & Engineers Qualifications: B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field Experience Required:1 to 8 years in manufacturing, preferably automotive or heavy engineering. Key Skills & Expertise: CNC (Turning / Milling) VMC, HMC, SPM Operations Hobbing, Grinding, Broaching Welding & Bending Powder Coating Lethe Machine Operations Must-Have Experience In: SolidWorks (for basic design review & machine setups) Machining Processes – Understanding tolerances, surface finish, tool settings Forging & Casting – Handling and working with pre-machined components Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Roles & Responsibilities: Operate and maintain high-precision machines (CNC, VMC, etc.) Supervise shift activities and ensure production targets are met Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Coordinate with design and quality teams for process improvements Maintain production documentation and reports
