Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end GTM digital transformation projects, including
Salesforce CRM, Sales Force Automation (SFA),
and analytics solutions.
Serve as the dedicated
Salesforce Functional Owner/SME
, interfacing between business and technical teams.
Translate commercial process requirements (Sales, Marketing, Service) into effective
Salesforce configurations and robust business solutions
.
Design and deliver actionable
dashboards, funnel tracking, and forecasting views
on Salesforce for executive leadership.
Drive high user
adoption
and organizational change by embedding the system into daily workflows (e.g., lead tracking, customer visits).
Conduct hands-on training and user refreshers to ensure strong data discipline and ease of use.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years
experience in CRM Functional Roles with specific
Salesforce
platform implementations and rollouts.
Proven track record in moving organizations from manual/legacy systems to scalable
digital CRM solutions
.
Strong preference for experience in the
Industrial or Manufacturing
sector.
Deep functional knowledge of the
Salesforce platform
(Admin/Config, Reporting, declarative features) and sales process mapping.
Salesforce certifications (
Administrator / Sales Cloud Consultant
) are highly preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
