Job Description

Communications Planning

Develop and own the communications plan for the DT function, with clear and aligned communications goals/themes across the DT senior leadership team
Collaborate with other communications leads, to ensure a joined-up approach for cross-functional communications
Coordinate with HR to create a holistic view of all employee engagement and development activities.

Communications Engagement

Design and deliver engaging and inspiring internal communications campaigns to build awareness and advocacy for DT
Create regular content including newsletters, leadership talking points, Engage posts, and event materials.
Manage the DT communications calendar and ensure timely updates through regular forums, townhalls, and posts.
Establish and monitor feedback loops, leveraging representatives from across DT, and adjust plans to maximise employee and stakeholder engagement.
Support broader DT communications through quality assurance and approval of content generated by other DT teams.

Recognition and celebration

Facilitate employee recognition by being an advocate and owner for functional activities such as CIO awards, end of year town halls etc

Experience / skills required:

10 to 14 years of experience in change management or internal communications within global organizations
Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with enterprise change frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) and communications tools
Experience partnering across other geographies and functions
