Job Description: As a Digital Software Engineer Intermediate Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for turning tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms such as iOS, Android, web/Angular, and services. You will address a variety of responses to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to directly influence development outcomes. Your role will involve responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities, including assisting with feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and implementation of new or revised applications systems and programs. Additionally, you will be expected to develop, design, construct, test, and implement secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code. You will operate with autonomy, while some oversight and direction may be required. Your engagement in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non-Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development, and Application support activities will be crucial to meet specific business needs of user areas and to ensure the integrity of deliverables. It is important to provide a sound understanding of application development concepts and principles and a basic knowledge of concepts and principles in other technology areas. You may need to consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions for customer exposed systems. It is essential to fully learn the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of the systems involved in your projects, including understanding the business context and associated customer use cases. You should drive clarity into technical implementation, provide technical context to team members, and represent your team's systems to others both inside and outside Digital. Collaborating with team members, manager, and peers will be key to improving team development related processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality. In addition, you will actively seek ways to objectively measure productivity and appropriately assess risks when making business decisions.
