The Digital Specialist is responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing digital strategies to support organizational goals. Role Description

In this position, the Digital Specialist will plan, execute, and monitor digital activities across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing digital performance metrics, optimizing content, and providing recommendations for improvement. The role requires strong technical, analytical, and creative skills, along with the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. The Digital Specialist contributes to the development of digital strategies, supports cross-functional projects, and ensures that digital efforts align with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor website, social media, and online platform performance using analytics tools.
  • Optimize digital content and user experiences to drive engagement and results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to align digital initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports and insights to management.
  • Support content creation, design, and multimedia production for digital platforms.
  • Conduct research on digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with digital policies, copyright, and privacy regulations.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and implementing new digital technologies and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 0–7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital operations, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital content optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of current digital trends, platforms, and technologies.
