JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager (2–3 Years Experience) to take full ownership of our digital presence. This role requires a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer who can manage social media, content, paid ads, lead generation, and digital branding—while closely collaborating with leadership to support overall business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

>> Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

>> Manage all social media platforms with engaging, platform-specific content

>> Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent brand messaging

>> Drive community engagement and encourage user-generated content

>> Monitor performance using analytics tools, delivering regular reports & insights

>> Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (services, ecommerce, SaaS, product launches, etc.)

>> Execute lead generation campaigns, email marketing & Google My Business optimization

>> Coordinate events, campaigns, and partnerships to drive visibility and conversions

>> Collaborate with technical and design teams for accurate and visually impactful content

>> Participate in regular strategy meetings with leadership to align marketing with sales objectives

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

>> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

>> 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management

>> Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, content strategy, and analytics

>> Proficiency in graphic design / content creation tools

>> Excellent communication and copywriting skills

>> Analytical mindset with campaign performance tracking ability

>> Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with digital trends
