Job Description

Zensar Technologies is looking for DIGITAL SECURITY - IAM - Azure AD Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Azure AD Architecture and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Azure AD solutions that align with the organization's goals
Define and implement Azure AD architecture, including user provisioning, authentication, single sign-on, and identity governance
Azure AD Implementation: Configure and deploy Azure AD components, such as Azure AD Connect, Azure AD B2B/B2C, Conditional Access policies, and Azure AD Application Proxy
Ensure smooth integration with on-premises Active Directory and other identity systems
User and Group Management: Manage user accounts, groups, and role-based access control (RBAC) in Azure AD
Define and enforce policies for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access rights
Ensure proper synchronization and maintenance of user attributes and group memberships
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect Azure AD resources and data
Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and industry-specific standards
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure AD-related issues
Investigate and resolve user access problems, authentication failures, synchronization errors, and other Azure AD-related incidents
Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft support as needed
Identity Federation: Configure and manage federated identity solutions, such as Azure AD Federation Services (AD FS), to enable single sign-on with external applications and services
Work with external partners and vendors to establish trust relationships
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor Azure AD performance, availability, and usage
Set up alerts and notifications for critical events
Generate reports on user activity, sign-in logs, application usage, and compliance status
Identify trends and potential areas for improvement
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date documentation on Azure AD configurations, policies, and procedures
Share knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders
Conduct training sessions to promote awareness and adoption of Azure AD capabilities
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure Active Directory environments
In-depth knowledge of Azure AD features and capabilities, including Azure AD Connect, Azure AD B2B/B2C, Conditional Access, and Azure AD Application Proxy
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting identity synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD
Familiarity with identity federation technologies, such as Azure AD Federation Services (AD FS) and SAML-based solutions
Understanding of security principles and best practices in identity and access management
Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications related to Azure AD, such as Azure AD Administrator Associate or Azure Security Engineer Associate
Experience with Azure AD integration with cloud-based applications, such as Office 365, Azure PaaS services, and third-party SaaS applications
Knowledge of other Microsoft identity and security technologies, such as Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Intune
Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and Azure AD integration with Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
