Job Description

Exotel is looking for SOC Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the security operations center team for effective incident response and threat detection.
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against cyber threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide expert guidance on security best practices to junior team members.
Stay up-to- with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and threat analysis.
Experience with security information and event management systems.
Knowledge of network protocols and operating systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
