Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Manager to manage customer interactions across digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience working with luxury fashion brands, detail oriented, and a clear communicator. This role will be pivotal in strengthening customer loyalty, scaling our e-commerce business, and upholding our brand. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow to oversee operations of our e-commerce business. You will also be responsible for implementing new AI systems we are adopting to ensure each customer has a magical experience.

What you will do

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat sales.
2. Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.
3. Design and execute CRM campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
4. Ensure website product listings, inventory, pricing, and visuals are accurate and optimized.
5. Coordinate with design, store, logistics, tech, and marketing teams.

What you will need

1. At least 3 years of experience in fashion and lifestyle customer service with brands or agencies.
2. Strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
3. Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Instagram, Whatsapp, Shopify, CRM, and Email.
4. Ability to be analytical and detail-oriented in a fast paced environment.
5. Education in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or related fields.
