You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge in marketing automation and content production to mentor junior team members while maintaining the delivery of quality marketing solutions that resonate with our clients.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital production
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Grasping UX, SEO, and digital publishing practices
  • Excelling in attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating effectively with marketing and business teams
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
