Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager for a large-scale consumer mobile app platform in the healthcare/diagnostics sector, you will play a crucial role in leading the roadmap and evolution of the app. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and owning the mobile app roadmap in alignment with patient experience and business growth. - Managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and iteration. - Driving data-driven improvements focusing on metrics like MAU/DAU, retention, conversion, NPS, and revenue contribution. - Collaborating effectively with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless user journeys. - Benchmarking against leading consumer apps to incorporate best practices into the healthcare domain. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in mobile app product management, with a total of 6 years in the field. - A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, wireframing, and mockup tools. - Prior experience in scaling consumer products from the ground up. - Knowledge of mobile UX/UI best practices and trends in healthcare/digital health. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
