Role Overview:

Main Requirements

1. Understand end to end user journeys on the app, deep dive into customer pain points and try to come up with relevant solutions using first principles approach & solid product fundamentals.
2. Prepare the BRD, get the designs generated, explain requirements to the Tech Team and then ensure timely delivery . Hands on execution experience in a cross functional team is required.
3. Ability to build relevant metrics to track the product and also means to identify gaps basis this tracking.
4. Good understanding of MF Fundamentals in order to define a pipeline of campaigns within the app and track conversions.
5. Hands on experience of working with design tools such as Figma, project management tools such as JIRA, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, marketing automation tools such as Adobe, Notify Visitors, Clevertap etc.
6. Experience of working with App Store Optimization would be a plus

   Role & Responsibilities:

   Collaborating closely with the Tech team to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature delivery using JIRA. Working with the UI/UX design team to continuously enhance platform usability and experience. Applying Power BI and data analytics to monitor adoption, identify user behaviour trends, and drive data-informed improvements. Engaging in stakeholder discussions, documentation, testing, and ensuring timely go-lives across platforms.

Preferred Experience:
