Digital Product Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the banks senior management and operational teams.
• Anchor governance forums, review meetings, and steering committees.
• Lead planning and execution of joint digital initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Align digital roadmap and priorities.
• Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure uninterrupted project flow.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Tech, Operations, Product, Compliance, Marketing) for execution.
• Track and report KPIs related to bank initiatives and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management at CXO and senior levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, CBS systems, and BFSI distribution (preferred).
• Experience in digital transformation projects, especially large partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Engineering/Finance; MBA preferred.
• 812 years in BFSI/FinTech with exposure to digital product management or large partner alliances.
