Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Media Executive to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll focus on performance tracking, audience segmentation, and reporting to drive campaign success. Experience: 1–3 Years Key Responsibilities: Set up and run campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms Monitor daily performance and optimize budgets Track key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) Manage audience targeting and segmentation Ensure accurate conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, UTM) Prepare performance reports and maintain trackers Requirements: 1–3 years in performance marketing Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Basic knowledge of conversion tracking tools Proficient in Excel and ad research tools Ability to work independently Bonus: Experience in the automotive industry
