You’ll lead campaigns across multiple channels, dive into data to uncover insights, and work with a fantastic team that’s always ready to push the boundaries. Here’s what you’ll do: Plan, launch, and fine-tune campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter/X, and LinkedIn Develop smart keyword strategies to boost reach and conversions Set up conversion tracking, analyze performance, and find ways to improve every day Collaborate closely with our CRM, content, and design teams to ensure everything clicks seamlessly Optimize our website’s SEO and user experience, making sure visitors find what they’re looking for Use tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and LeadSquared CRM to get the job done Share regular performance updates, insights, and ideas for growth What we’re looking for: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and CRM A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or something related Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are a big plus Someone who’s detail-oriented, data-driven, and always curious about what’s next Excellent communication skills in English (and if you know Tamil, even better!)
