Job Description

About the Role:

Digital Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on

    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, YouTube) and

    Meta Ads

    (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and billing for accuracy across campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on

    Google Ads

    and

    Meta Ads

    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and media optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable working on Excel/Sheets and preparing client-ready reports.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
