Job Title: Digital Media & Branding Executive Location: Chennai preferred | Hybrid/Remote for exceptional profiles Company: BM Clinic & Ventures Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) About the Role If you live and breathe Instagram trends, reels, content strategy, and brand building — this is for you. We are building multiple premium brands across luxury healthcare, events, wellness, and green ventures — and we need a creative digital mind to bring them alive online. You will take charge of digital storytelling, campaign planning, visual content, and audience engagement. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with room to lead, experiment, and grow. What You'll Do Social Media & Content Own daily content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Plan and create reels, carousels, video edits, and stories that grab attention Write captions that convert and craft narratives that build brand identity Brand Building Create decks, brochures, brand kits, and digital assets using Canva or similar tools Maintain visual consistency across all brand platforms Work with freelancers or creators as needed for advanced assets Campaign Strategy Plan buzz-worthy campaigns, launches, and community-building initiatives Suggest viral content hooks and trending formats Build monthly content calendars for multiple verticals Community Engagement Respond to DMs, comments, and build an engaged follower base Handle influencer outreach, collab messaging, and micro-campaigns Track audience sentiment and adapt content accordingly Analytics & Growth Monitor reach, engagement, growth, and content performance Report monthly metrics and pitch improvement ideas Keep up with trends, tools, and social platform updates Who You Are 2–4 years in digital marketing, branding, or content creation Deep understanding of Instagram, Meta tools, Canva, and short-form video Strong aesthetic sense, great eye for detail, and fluent in English Fast, independent, organized — but also great at working with a team Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, events, or luxury brands What You’ll Get Creative freedom with real responsibility Work across healthcare, fashion, sustainability, and more Direct mentorship from a founder-led brand team A chance to lead digital for brands that are scaling nationally and globally Exposure to branding, celebrity collaborations, high-impact launches, and digital scale-up Opportunities for long-term growth in a vision-driven, expanding organization To Apply: Send your CV + portfolio (or Instagram handle) to dr.rajinikanth@bmhospitals.com Subject Line: Application – Digital Media & Branding Executive Show more Show less
