Digital Marketing Strategist (Female Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist (female candidate only) to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in developing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase ROI across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee content strategy for social media, blogs, and website to boost engagement and visibility.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with the creative, SEO, and web development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and strategy recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Digital Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
