Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic digital marketing strategies for multiple clients across industries. You’ll act as the strategic lead on campaigns, coordinating with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Social, and Design) to ensure effective execution and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client goals, industry, and target audience to create strategic digital marketing plans.
  • Develop integrated strategies covering SEO, paid media (Google/Meta Ads), social media, content, email, and website optimization.
  • Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate campaign execution and monitor performance.
  • Create and present strategy decks, performance reports, and insights to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools or platforms.
  • Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies for improved results.
  • Lead client meetings and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentor junior strategists or account managers, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media strategy, and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

  • Experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of funnel building, conversion rate optimization, or UI/UX best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website CMS like WordPress.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
