Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Strategize, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Manage Google Ads across Search, Display, and YouTube, ensuring campaigns achieve targeted CPL, CPA, and ROAS benchmarks. Conduct audience research, test creatives, and build high-performing lookalike & remarketing funnels. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and conversion-focused landing pages. Monitor campaign performance via Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Run A/B tests on audiences, ad formats, and landing pages to maximize ROI and optimize campaign results. 🔹 Social Media Marketing Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Create and/or coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and carousels aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. Foster community engagement through comments, DMs, and interactive initiatives to strengthen brand presence. Track platform insights and engagement data to refine content strategy and improve performance. Work closely with designers and video editors to maintain strong brand identity and consistency. Stay informed about the latest platform trends, algorithm updates, and advertising policies. Requirements bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing & Social Media Management. Proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite. Solid understanding of content strategy, community building, and social media analytics. Exceptional copywriting, communication, and reporting skills. Analytical thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign design. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or WhatsApp Marketing. Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar; understanding of automation workflows. Basic working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or video editing tools for quick content edits. Prior agency experience handling multiple brands is an added advantage.
