Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / ManagerJob We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Professional to plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, content, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Manage company’s online presence across all digital channels (website, social media, email, paid ads, etc.). Plan and execute SEO/SEM, PPC, display advertising, remarketing, and social media campaigns. Create, curate, and manage engaging content for web, blogs, and social platforms. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with overall company goals. Optimize user experience across digital platforms to increase conversions. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing roles (minimum 2–5 years depending on level). Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Experience with email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools. Creative thinker with excellent content writing and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint. Experience with WordPress, Canva, or other content management/design tools. Knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace marketing. Key Attributes: Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
