Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Advertising Campaigns (PPC/Google & Meta Ads), and Social Media Optimization (SMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, increase online traffic, and maximize ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies(on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic visibility and rankings on search engines.
• Develop, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms with clear ROI tracking.
• Handle social media optimization (SMO) — content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite, preparing regular performance reports and Site Audit Reports.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare periodic reports using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for impactful digital campaigns.
• Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver optimal ROI and lead generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with measurable success in SEO, Ad Campaigns, and SMO.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz), and social media ad platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
