Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive online traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts.
• Optimize content for SEO and paid campaigns to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for blogs, emails, landing pages, and advertisements.
• Track and report on website analytics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, content writers) to align marketing efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and basic CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and analytical mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
