• Experience

  : 3+ years in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC platforms, ideally for B2B clients.

• Skills

  : Proficient in campaign setup, optimization, and analytics; strong understanding of lead generation KPIs (e.g., MQLs, CPL).

• Quick Learner

  : Adapts swiftly to new tools, platforms, and industry trends.

• Interpersonal Skills

  : Excellent communicator, building trust with clients and teams.

• Accountability

  : Takes ownership of campaigns and delivers results with a future-oriented mindset.

• Bonus

  : Experience in B2B SaaS/AI marketing or familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and provide actionable insights.
• Manage ad budgets and provide regular performance reports
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, particularly in B2B SaaS and AI, to innovate strategies.
• Suggest innovative strategies to improve lead quality and conversion
