We’re looking for a sharp, creative digital marketer who actually knows their way around ad dashboards.

Someone who’s obsessed with how performance marketing works not just theory, but in the real world where campaigns make or break businesses.

You should be a quick learner, a strong communicator, and someone who takes ownership of their work. We’re looking for someone who not only fits the role but grows with the company long-term.

You should be:

• Studied digital marketing (Top institute preferred)
• A marketing grad or someone who lives and breathes campaigns
• Creative + analytical; you should know how to write good copy and read the data
• Familiar with key tools: Ads dashboards, GA4, GTM, Google Ads Editor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
• Curious, self-driven, and good at asking “why?”

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

  Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads

• Use tools like

  GA4, GTM, and Google Ads Editor

  for accurate setup, tracking, and troubleshooting
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize for cost, quality, and conversion
• Analyze results using tools like

  Google Analytics

  and

  Meta Ads Manager

  ; turn data into actionable insights
• Work with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Run A/B tests, experiment with hooks, angles, and formats to improve campaign efficiency
• Suggest strategic ideas to improve lead quality and lower CAC
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, especially in

  B2B SaaS and AI
