UPSC GUIDE is India’s trusted UPSC & State Services preparation platform with 1M+ students. We offer high-quality online & offline coaching, mentorship programs, and officer-led guidance sessions. We are expanding our digital marketing team to strengthen our presence across India.

Job Location: Sadashiv Peth, Pune

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Meta Ads

    &

    Google Ads

    campaigns.
  • Monitor daily budgets, ROI, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
  • Run targeted campaigns for UPSC, MPSC, and other state services aspirants.

2. SEO & Website Management

  • Perform

    keyword research

    , on-page & off-page SEO.
  • Optimize website pages for rankings and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with content writers for blogs, landing pages, and articles.

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram channels.
  • Create & execute monthly content calendars.
  • Track social media growth, reels, and engagement metrics.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use

    Google Analytics

    ,

    Search Console

    , Meta dashboards, and CRM data.
  • Generate weekly & monthly performance reports.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

5. Brand & Content Support

  • Work with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and banners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Support digital promotions of batches, mentorship programs, and webinars.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    UPSC, MPSC, and state services exams

    (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • SEO (on-page & off-page)
  • Google Analytics
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced campaign requirements.

Eligibility

  • 1–3 years

    of experience in digital marketing (education domain preferred).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working with an Ed-Tech or coaching institute is highly preferred.
