Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns that fuel business growth. This role demands a strong command over on-page and off-page SEO techniques, combined with hands-on expertise in running and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute 360-degree digital marketing campaigns across paid (Google Ads, Meta Ads), owned (website, email, WhatsApp), and earned (SEO) channels.
  • Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to boost organic traffic, search engine rankings, and overall online visibility.
  • Run, monitor, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.
  • Develop, manage, and grow social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging digital creatives — banners, reels, videos, emailers — that align with marketing goals.
  • Handle email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing — from segmentation to campaign execution and performance analysis.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and internal dashboards.
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business listings (setup, location accuracy, keyword optimization).
  • Continuously track digital trends, competitor activity, and new tools to improve campaigns and stay ahead.

Who You Are

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices — both technical/on-page (site structure, meta tags, content optimization) and off-page (link-building, citations, outreach).
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns with measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Creative, collaborative, and always eager to experiment and improve.
