About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and execution of test plans and test cases for our website and mobile applications. You are expected to hit the ground running, leveraging the foundational QA training you've received. You will work closely with various departments to validate that our digital products meet quality standards, are fully functional, and provide an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute detailed test cases and test plans for both frontend and backend systems. Identify, document, and validate test scenarios, focusing on functional, regression, and usability aspects. Cross-Platform Testing: Conduct manual testing across various platforms and devices, including different browsers, smartphones, and tablets. Test and verify API integrations, SaaS applications, websites, and mobile apps. Bug Tracking & Reporting: Log and document identified issues using ClickUp. Collaborate with developers and senior testers to reproduce and resolve bugs efficiently. Collaboration & Communication: Work with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements. Provide clear, actionable feedback on product functionality and quality to support continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Fresh graduates or candidates with academic projects in software testing are welcome. Basic Technical Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of frontend and backend web technologies. Familiarity with mobile app concepts (iOS and Android) and basic API testing principles. Testing Fundamentals: Basic training in manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and usability testing. Prior exposure to test planning and execution, either through academic projects, internships, or self-study. Technical Tools: Familiarity with bug tracking tools like ClickUp, or similar systems. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What We Expect Candidates must come with a solid foundation in QA principles.
