Taupe is India’s first homegrown sensitive skincare brand powered by vegan milk and probiotics. We’re on a mission to create dermatologically tested, 100% vegan formulations that care for Indian skin in Indian climates.

We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us scale from a startup into a household name.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.

• Manage and optimize D2C performance marketing (CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions).

• Drive retention and lifecycle marketing through email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation.

• Work with content and design teams to produce high-performing creatives and landing pages.

• Analyze data, track KPIs, and create actionable reports to continuously improve results.

• Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and platform partners (Amazon, Blinkit, Purplle, etc.) to maximize reach.

• Experiment with new digital trends (UGC, reels, micro-educators, QR campaigns) to engage Gen Z audiences

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (preferably D2C/consumer brands).

• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.

• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, and retention metrics.

• Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and automation tools is a plus.

• Creative mindset with a data-first approach.

• Passion for beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is a big bonus.
