We are a fast-growing digital agency focused on delivering high-performance marketing solutions. We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid campaigns and social media strategy across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) Monitor and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning to maximize ROI Create, test, and refine ad creatives and landing pages for high conversion Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager Stay updated with latest trends in digital advertising and implement best practices Collaborate with design and content teams to align messaging across channels Manage and grow social media presence (organic + paid) Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & PPC management Can handle a team of 2-5 members. Proven track record of running ROI-positive paid campaigns Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) Solid grasp of social media marketing strategies Ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously Google Ads Certification (preferred) Salary Upto 45K/month What We Offer: Opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns Collaborative and growth-focused work environment Exposure to diverse clients and industries
