Digital Marketing Specialist

SBSOL Digital Pvt. Ltd., Indian subsidiary of a leading US promotional product marketing company (ProImprint: https://www.proimprint.com/) seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO DM expert to join our growing digital marketing team.

You’re our ideal candidate if you have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, and experience in e-commerce being a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
• Conduct regular audits and optimizations for On-Page SEO elements (meta tags, internal linking, content structure, etc.)
• Execute Off-Page strategies including link building, outreach, and digital PR initiatives.
• Manage Technical SEO tasks: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and more.
• Optimize for Search Experience (SXO) by aligning SEO strategies with user experience, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content engagement metrics.
• Leverage AI-driven SEO tools and insights (e.g., content optimization with NLP, SERP feature tracking, AI search assistants) to enhance visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search results.
• Stay ahead of emerging search technologies such as SGE (Search Generative Experience), voice search, and multimodal search to future-proof the website’s organic performance.
• Monitor organic traffic and sales performance using tools like GA4 and Search Console and develop strategies to improve organic conversions and revenue.
• Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
