Strategic Planning: Consulting with top executives on strategic planning, particularly regarding human capital and organizational development. Policy Development: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. HRIS Management: Managing HR information systems and ensuring data accuracy. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
