💼 Digital Marketing Executive – Salary4Sure

📍 Location: Panchsheel, New Delhi (On-site)

🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM


Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketeer who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving measurable growth in leads, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (SEO & SEM) and Meta Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Develop and manage lead generation and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Maintain and execute a social media calendar to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with tech and business teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Use Microsoft and Google tools (Analytics, Sheets, Docs, etc.) for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Utilize design tools like Canva and Figma for campaign creatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation within the marketing function.
  • Prepare and share periodic performance reports with leadership.


Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including running paid campaigns (Google & Meta).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Must be available for on-site work (no work from home).
