Performance Marketing Manager

Your job is to drive user acquisition at scale — with a mix of strategic planning, creative testing, and platform mastery.

Responsibilities

• Strategise, launch, and optimise ad campaigns across

  Meta

  and

  Google Ads

• Manage combined monthly ad spend of

  $10,000+

• Execute advanced targeting, remarketing, and audience expansion tactics
• Analyse performance metrics like

  CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPI, LTV

• Conduct creative and funnel A/B testing regularly
• Collaborate with design, analytics, and product teams

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid media with a strong focus on Meta and Google
• Proven track record managing

  high-scale budgets ($10K/month+)

• Experience in performance marketing for

  gaming or finance apps/web

• Deep knowledge of

  campaign structures, UAC, pixel/event tracking, GTM, GA4

• Familiarity with tools like

  AppsFlyer

  ,

  Firebase

  Segment

  Adjust

• Experience scaling international campaigns (Tier 1 & Tier 2 countries)
• Creative testing experience in
