About the Job

This role will be instrumental in developing and executing Quascemnta's digital marketing strategies, overseeing the company's online presence, managing digital marketing campaigns, websites and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media management. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and optimizing conversion rates. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop effective marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our internal team to deliver clever, engaging, platform-specific content (text, image, video, interactive) that reflects who we are and what we offer to our B2B and prospective employee audiences. Manage a social media content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting. 
  • Make us findable. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Use SEM campaign management and optimization where needed. Gate private items. Design with relationship initiation in mind, where appropriate.
  • Manage and analyze web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics. 
  • Utilize Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to monitor site health and improve search engine rankings. 
  • Oversee content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to ensure content is up-to-date and engaging. 
  • Conduct conversion optimization initiatives to improve user experience and increase lead generation. 
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. 


Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrate strong English writing skills, free from grammatical or syntax errors.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a social media and digital marketing communications role with a significant writing component. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.  Understand web quality rules, page speed, and image optimization. Should be able to apply advanced search engine optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube. Some exposure to Google Ads and at least one social advertising platform.
