Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to oversee and drive the growth of online presence through Google Ads, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Meta marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid and organic campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and a knack for creating optimized strategies to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads & SEM Campaign Management:


Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Organic & Paid Marketing:


Data Analysis & Reporting:


Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.


Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-conversion.


Budget Management:


Effectively manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across Google Ads, SEM, and Meta channels.


Monitor spending and make adjustments to campaigns to ensure budgets are used efficiently while maximizing ROI.


Campaign Strategy & Execution:


Lead the development of both short-term and long-term strategies for Google Ads and Meta platforms, keeping up with industry trends and competitor activity.


Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages, design creatives, content and optimize conversion funnels.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals of customers.


Coordinate with customer teams to keep track of how the leads are managed at their end.


Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:


Stay current with the latest developments in Google Ads, SEM, and Meta marketing to keep the company ahead of competitors.


Provide recommendations for new tools, techniques, and approaches to improve the marketing strategy.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) or Digital Marketing 


3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, SEM, and Meta marketing.


Ability to create campaign strategy that is in-line with customer goals.


Hands-on experience in creating and managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.


In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, paid search strategies, and Meta advertising algorithms.


Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Proven ability to manage and optimize digital marketing budgets.


Preferred Skills:

Google Ads certification (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, Video).


Meta Ads certification.


Experience with retargeting and remarketing campaigns.


Familiarity with email marketing, affiliate marketing, or other digital channels is a plus.
