Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for lead generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing, events, and webinars, to generate high-quality leads.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
Develop and optimize marketing funnels, lead nurturing workflows, and automation processes to maximize lead conversion.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of Indian and Global markets, including the US and UK, and market dynamics.
Excellent market research capabilities, with the ability to gather and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
