Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing performance-driven digital campaigns and possess a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research using industry-standard tools and implement data-driven strategies for campaign optimization.
• Create, manage, and refine ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize performance and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other social networks.
• Manage blog updates and contribute to content planning and execution.
• Experiment with new advertising channels and techniques to identify opportunities for scaling results.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Practical knowledge of remarketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Ability to handle multiple clients/projects and work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with content writing is preferred.
• Basic design skills using photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
