About the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement & optimize complete digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and manage the marketing team including content, performance ads, social media, and design.
Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other trading-friendly platforms.
Ensure compliance with platform policies for financial services advertising.
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve ranking and high-intent organic traffic.
Create marketing funnels and automation using CRM tools & email marketing.
Monitor performance using analytics dashboards, provide insights and ROI reporting.
Work closely with product and sales teams for new trading programs, customer journeys, and Loyalty initiatives.
Competitor analysis and market research in trading, stock & crypto industries.
Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads with policy-compliant financial campaign execution.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Keyword Planner).
Expert in performance analytics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Experienced in team management & leadership roles.
Knowledge of marketing funnels and automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with financial content understanding.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Education

MBA preferred but not mandatory with relevant work experience.
