Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are open to hire in Mohali/Gurugram


Job Description

Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy including performance marketing, SEO, and brand campaigns.

Lead and optimize campaigns across Google, social, publishers, and other ad platforms to generate

high-quality applications with a data-driven, ROI-focused approach.

Contribute actively to the lead nurture strategy, optimizing conversion points and the application funnel.

Drive SEO growth by managing keyword/content strategies, agencies, and future-ready initiatives (AEO, GEO) to strengthen long-term visibility and organic traffic.

Collaborate with internal teams (Outreach, Admissions, Design, Content, website developers, alumni relations) and external vendors/agencies to deliver integrated campaigns and optimized user experiences.

Monitor, measure, and report campaign effectiveness using CRM, Google Analytics, and other tools;

identify insights to refine strategy and optimize ad spend.

Maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards and conduct regular reviews to recalibrate campaigns.


Experience and Education

Bachelor s Degree or Undergraduate degree in marketing or any other related field.

3-5 years of experience and knowledge in managing SEO, SEM and SMM, marketing database, email, social media.


Skills

Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, editing, and content development skills.

Proficiency in analytics tools, Google Ads/AdWords, Meta campaigns, and data-driven decision- making.

Creative in identifying target audiences, devising impactful campaigns, and staying updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Self-driven with strong ownership and ability to work independently.

Flexible in a dynamic startup environment with willingness to adapt and stretch to meet deliverables.

Collaborative team player, proactive in supporting overall project requirements.
