Role: Senior Associate, IT Business Analyst Location - Mohali Job Description · Plan and implement future-ready, efficient enterprise systems to support the vision of Plaksha. · Understand and document technology requirements from a business perspective and translate those into system requirements. · Manage end user expectations and requirements. · Work with all areas of the University to ensure a pipeline of improvements to the systems. · Accurate configuration of all modules of the systems, which will be used by all staff and students at the University. · Provide support to end users and process owners for modules that are already live. · Manage vendor escalated tickets. · Proactively identify problems in operations, analyze options and implement solutions. · Configure reports for different areas of Plaksha and creation of help documentation to support uptake. Experience and Education · Bachelors or Diploma or relevant degree in computers · 3 to 5 years relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst, Previous experience working in the Education domain is a plus. · Previous experience escalating level 2 issues to the vendor and following up through till closure. Skills · Strong communication skills, written and verbal. · Strong understanding of Asana, Asure Devops, MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint, Basic to intermediate SQL, APIs & Integration Knowledge · Familiarity with RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server, · Agile Methodologies, UAT cycle, High-level understanding of frontend/backend, databases, cloud (like AWS/Azure), and DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines) Show more Show less
