Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and accelerate our growth journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
Manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Oversee content marketing activities including blogs, newsletters, and social media content.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversions, engagement) and prepare reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align digital efforts with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
Experience with marketing tools such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
