Digital Marketing Manager Job Description Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Industry: Education Industry Location: Ludhiana Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our education brand. This role is responsible for driving online engagement, generating high-quality leads, and increasing brand awareness through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance our online presence and student enrollment rates. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and engagement. Plan and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing). Oversee website traffic, conversion rates, and user experience improvements. Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance using CRM tools Track campaign ROI, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly. SEO & Content Marketing: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Develop engaging blog content that resonate with students and parents. Collaborate with academic departments to create thought leadership content. Social Media & Paid Advertising: Manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to generate qualified leads. Create and execute organic social media strategies to build community engagement. Work with student ambassadors to enhance brand visibility. CRM Management: Manage and segment the database for targeted marketing campaigns. Automate lead nurturing workflows to enhance student conversion. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with academic teams, admissions, and creative designers to align marketing efforts. Stay up to date with digital trends in the education sector. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing, Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and copywriting abilities. Ability to collaborate across departments.
