Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO, Email Campaigns & Social Media Ads

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5 PM Melbourne Time | Remote

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

✅ Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.

✅ Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

✅ Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

✅ Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.

✅ Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.

✅ Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure the most effective strategies are being utilized.

✅ Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO (on-page and off-page), email campaign management, and social media ad management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
