Project Role: Online Course Build & Launch Specialist

Contract Role | Remote | Immediate Start | Project Duration: 4–6 weeks

We’re seeking a tech-savvy, design-aware contractor to transform ready-made video and PDF content into a polished, customer-ready online course. This role is perfect for someone who can manage the technical setup, platform integration, and design of sales/landing pages to bring an elegant, user-friendly course to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload pre-edited video and PDF content to a course platform (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar)
• Build out the course structure, navigation, and UX
• Design and write compelling landing and sales pages (aligned to existing brand tone)
• Integrate the course into Shopify for purchase and delivery
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, clear module progression, and clean user experience
• Set up basic email automations (e.g., welcome sequence, post-purchase access emails)

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or comparable LMS
• Familiarity with Shopify and course product integration
• Landing page design and copywriting (Canva, Figma, or direct platform tools)
• Understanding of basic email automation workflows (Klaviyo, Kajabi, Mailchimp)
• Attention to design, structure, and customer journey
• Reliable, independent, and able to deliver to a timeline

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with thought leaders, coaches, or educators
• Branding or UI/UX finesse
• Confidence advising on best-fit platform

Work From Home Requirements:

• Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection. 
• Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid). 
• Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least Core i5 or higher). 
• Backup laptop or desktop (at least Core i5 or higher). 
• Headset with microphone for clear communication. 
• Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring. 
• Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours. 
• Must not be currently employed full-time elsewhere.
