We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid campaigns, improving key performance indicators, and optimizing spend across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization

Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across PPC, paid social, email, display, and affiliate channels.


Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize campaign performance.


Data Analysis & KPI Reporting

Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.


Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce acquisition costs.


Deliver weekly/monthly campaign performance reports to stakeholders.


Budget & ROI Management

Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and cost-efficiency.


Forecast and allocate budget across channels to maximize performance.


A/B Testing & Experimentation

Run structured experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.


Identify and scale winning strategies while cutting underperforming efforts.


Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.


Work closely with product, sales, content, and analytics teams to drive cohesive marketing efforts.


Continuous Learning & Market Research

Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, platform updates, and competitive landscape.


Bring innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and audience targeting.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Increase qualified lead volume by X% within Y months


Reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) by X% within Y months


Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to X within Y months


Grow website traffic from paid channels by X% quarter-over-quarter


Enhance conversion rate on landing pages by X%


What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.


Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.


Strong understanding of funnel strategies, attribution models, and customer acquisition.


Proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) and A/B testing.


Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
