Job Description

Role Purpose: To execute digital marketing campaigns that generate distributor and dealer leads, support trade marketing initiatives, and strengthen MoonAir’s brand presence in targeted territories to drive channel sales for the air cooler business. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Run targeted digital campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to generate quality distributor and dealer leads in high-potential states. Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are routed to the right state managers via CRM. Track cost-per-lead and conversion rates to optimise campaigns. Content Creation & Management Coordinate with designers and video team to create engaging creatives, dealer testimonial videos, and product showcases. Post and manage content on company’s social media handles as per monthly calendar. Ensure all content aligns with dealer schemes and seasonal push periods. Trade Marketing Support Create digital assets for dealer schemes, WhatsApp packs, and POSM communication. Manage WhatsApp API campaigns for dealer activation and seasonal offers. Support local activation campaigns with geo-targeted ads. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance, website traffic, and social engagement. Share weekly reports with marketing head and sales team on leads generated, campaign ROI, and audience reach. Analyse competitor digital activities in target territories. Coordination & Execution Work with marketing and sales teams to align campaign timing with seasonal sales drives. Coordinate with external agencies for ad buying, SEO, or specialised creative work. Ensure dealer and distributor data is handled securely and as per compliance norms. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Leads Generated: ≥500 distributor/dealer leads per month in pre-season Lead Conversion Support: ≥30% of digital leads converted to active accounts Campaign ROI: Minimum 5x revenue return on digital ad spend Content Engagement Rate: ≥5% average engagement across social platforms On-time Delivery of Digital Assets: 100% as per sales calendar Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, consumer durables, or channel-driven businesses. Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms, Google Ads, and basic SEO. Proficiency in using ad manager tools, basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop), and CRM reporting. Ability to coordinate across sales, marketing, and creative teams.
