Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute

  digital marketing campaigns

  across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
• Drive

  lead generation

  for IT services, staffing, and GCC solutions
• Optimize campaigns for

  ROI, CPL, CAC, and conversions

• Manage landing pages, forms, and lead tracking

Content & Brand Marketing

• Create and manage content for

  LinkedIn, website, blogs, case studies, and email campaigns

• Work with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Promote

  product launches, webinars, events, and PR campaigns

SEO, Website & Analytics

• Execute

  on-page & off-page SEO strategies

• Manage website updates, performance, and conversions
• Track and analyze performance using

  Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools

• Prepare weekly and monthly

  marketing performance reports

Marketing Automation & Tools

• Manage

  email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM integrations

• Improve lead nurturing and funnel performance
• Coordinate with sales teams for lead handover and tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of:
• Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
• SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools

• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with creativity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  B2B IT services / SaaS / Staffing / GCC marketing

• Experience with

  LinkedIn thought leadership & employer branding

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, WebEngage, etc.)
• Basic understanding of

  product marketing
